Frequently Asked Questions

About MitoManage

What is MitoManage?

MitoManage is a daily metabolic supplement formulated to support healthy blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and boost cellular energy production. It contains five clinically-studied ingredients: Alpha-Lipoic Acid, L-Carnitine, L-Citrulline, Glutamine, and CoQ10.

Who is MitoManage designed for?

MitoManage is designed for adults who are actively managing their metabolic health — including those living with pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, or metabolic syndrome — and who want targeted nutritional support that works alongside their diet and lifestyle habits.

Is MitoManage a replacement for my diabetes medication?

No. MitoManage is a dietary supplement, not a pharmaceutical. It is not intended to replace any prescribed medication. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen.

Usage & Dosage

How do I take MitoManage?

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with a full glass of water. For best results, take consistently every day, with or without food.

How many capsules are in a bottle?

Each bottle contains 120 capsules, which is a 60-day supply at the recommended dosage of 2 capsules per day.

When will I start to see results?

Everyone's body responds differently. Many users report improved energy levels within the first 1–2 weeks. More significant changes to blood sugar and A1C levels typically occur after 2–3 months of consistent use. Supplements work best as part of a broader approach that includes diet and physical activity.

Can I take more than 2 capsules per day?

We recommend sticking to the suggested dosage of 2 capsules daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
