How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@mitomanage.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 90 days of your original purchase date.
  • You must provide your original order number or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds apply to purchases made directly through mitomanage.com.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You do not need to return the unused product.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse of this policy. Refunds are limited to one per household.
